I was prescribed 10/500 lortab and I got the generic. They have always been blue and bigger in size than the 5mg or the 7.5mg, but this is white and smaller like a 5, nothing on the front and on the back on the left it says 1P, and on the right it says 119, so it looks like 1P 119. this blue oblong pill with L050 imprint is supposed to be hydrocodone but I cannot pull it up anywhere by the imprint number. I have a family member that takes hydros and a friend of hers said her doc g4ves her 10.5 never heard of them have any of u ## In the US, the maximum dosage available of Hydrocodone in these medications is 10mgs. It is possible she is referring to one with 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but I can't be sure on that. This is a narcotic pain reliever, generic for Lortab or Vicodin. Will paracod stop the pain like hydrocodone will? I have been on hydro for a couple of months and my doctor wants to change to paracod. Will it help? He says it's the same thing. I am not so sure. ## No, it is not the same thing. Paracod contains Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) and Codeine, which is much milder than Hydrocodone. ## paracod is not the same as hydrocodone as it wont work on patient used to with the hydrocodone

Was told by pharmacy is hydrocodone ## Ah, okay, this one took some hunting, mainly because the imprint is blurry and hard to make out, it is actually MIA 110 and NO! IT DOES NOT CONTAIN HYDROCODONE! Whatever pharmacist told you that did not know what he was talking about. These tablets contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine, they are a generic for Fioricet, most commonly prescribed to treat migraine and tension headaches.
