Hydrocodone' S Effect On Coumadin Intake

Does this Amneal tablet have a side effect of changing my coumadin number if I take 1 pill at once, or 2 pills at once.? Am having trouble adjusting Warferin level. Intake hydrocodone/apap tab 5 mg-325 mg, Amneal, 1-2tabs every 6 hours.

Along with the Hydrocodone, that APAP stands for Acetaminophen and it can have some slight blood thinning properties, so that may be causing some problems.
