Hydrocodone Pill With A 40 Imprint
UpdatedMy mom just got her pain medicine and it says A 40 on it and I can't find an image anywhere so I can make sure they're ok to take.

If your mom just got her prescription filled at a licensed pharmacy, she should have received it in a normal prescription bottle with a label attached. I find it very alarming that this information would be absent.
I did locate a white capsule-shaped pill marked with "A 40" that reportedly contains a combination of Acetaminophen (325mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10mg), made by KVK-Tech.
NDC: 10702-0191
Do you happen to know the color and shape of the pill in question?
I got the same pill i found in my car did you find out what it is?
