Hydrocodone - Newborn Testing Positive
UpdatedI am currently 34 weeks pregnant and have been taking hydrocodone for about three weeks to a month. I have stopped and had no withdrawal symptoms, but am wondering if my newborn will test positive for this?

I am by no means a doctor, but from my understanding they can test the placenta and detect any narcotics taken at any point during the pregnancy. I hope this info helps and maybe someone can explain it better than I can. Best of luck to you.
