Lortab is a combination medication that contains the narcotic Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, so no, it is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone.

There is a medication undergoing the testing and approval process that would solely contain the Hydrocodone, but even if it is approved, it is unlikely that it will be available in such high dosages.
