Hydrocodone M365 And M367

I have two halves of hydrocodone that both say M36 and the other half is gone. Are Hydrocodone 5's M365 and 10's M367 the exact same size pill or is one smaller? I don't know if I have two halves of a 5 or 10 or one of each?

Hello. The Hydrocodone with v36 on one side and 09 on the other is a 10-325. The 365 is a 5-325 which is a 5 (but not sure).

What is the difference between Hydrocodone m367 and v3609? Are they the same? If so, which one is best or stronger?

I found this thread because i was wondering if anyone else had noticed a difference. I've been on 10-325 hydrocodone for several years as part of my pain management regimen. Most of the time the pharmacy has given me the generic made by Mallinckrodt (sp?) with the M367 marking and they work well for my pain without any sort of "high" type feeling. However this month the pharmacy gave me a generic made by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, and while they do NOT work on my pain nearly as effectively, they do give me a feeling of inner peace and a euphoria like I've never had before. I don't take any drugs recreationally and have never done more than smoke a little cannabis 20 years ago before I had kids, so this feeling is a bit disconcerting. I like it, of course, but honestly, I'd rather have my pain gone. :-/

Hello Geiger,

According to the National Institute of Health both pills are the same size.

The Hydrocodone 5mg (NDC: 0406-0365) and the Hydrocodone 10mg (NDC: 0406-0367) are both 15 mm in length and both are scored down the middle in the same place. The only real way of telling them apart at this point would be to take them into a pharmacy and have them analyzed.

It may be in your best interest to bring this up with your primary care physician or pharmacy and see if they can offer a solution.
