I took the hydrocodone apap 7.5-325mg already can i take the tylenol pm?

I have shingles and it's painful. My doctor preacribed hydrocodone5-325 for my broken foot at 1 pill every 6 hours as needed, but my foot doesn't hurt. If I take it anyway, will it helrp my back pain from the shingles?? (Cuz i just took 2) btw, i never or very rarely take anything unless it ibprofren.

It is generally not recommended, unless your doctor instructs you otherwise, because they both contain Acetaminophen and too much of it taken in any 24 hour period can be toxic.
