Is it unusual for a pharmacy not to carry the 300mg version of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone? My Dr. that usually writes a script does it for Acetaminophen 325mg + Hydrocodone 7.5mg and this script is for the 300mg version.

No given pharmacy is under any obligation to carry any given medication in any specific dosage.
Is it possible that your doctor meant to write for 325, rather than 300, with the 7.5? Have you tried contacting them to ask?
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
