I was prescribed Hydrocodone Apap 5mg 500 Mg Tabs now I'm wondering what the milligram is??

The dosage in milligrams is exactly what you posted, 5mgs of the Hydrocodone and 500mgs of the Acetaminophen. This is a generic for Vicodin or Lortab, a narcotic pain reliever.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.
