The 5/500mg tablet manufactured by RUGBY, which is actually now a part of Watson Pharmaceuticals, are white, oblong tablets, with the word RUGBY on one side and the numbers 3914 on the opposite side.

Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic pain reliever, the active ingredients in Vicodin.

This medication may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, constipation and headache.
