Hydrocodone/acetaminophine 10/300

Hello, I'm wondering if it would be OK to take 2 hydrocodone/Acetaminophine 10/300 at one time. Has anyone done this? I used to take 2 5/300 when my pain was excruciating and my Dr increased my dosage, so I wouldn't have to take two pills.

It is sometimes prescribed that way, take one or two tablets as needed, but it would be best not to do so, without your doctor's approval. If you aren't opiate tolerant, it could cause an overdose, which may put you in danger.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.

Well, thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate it. I've been on Vicodin 7.5/325 before and Norco, but this is the first time for Hydrocodone/Acetaminophine 10/300. When I was prescribed 5/300... I could take 2 and a Soma and I was actually feeling relief. My Dr said she'd up the dose, so I wouldn't have to take 2, but it doesn't seem to be working. I just want to know if it's OK to take 2 and has anyone done so? Thank you kindly...

I haven't received much feedback since insisted this...meanwhile, I have started taking 1 and a half of the hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10/300. I'd still like to know if taking 2 would be ok, in bad times. Anyone else take this? Thanks!
