Hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10 500 T

I'm allergic to codeine. Does it contain codeine?

The active ingredients are exactly what you listed, Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen, the Hydrocodone is a narcotic. It is distantly related to codeine, so in some instances people that are allergic to one are allergic to the other, but that is very rare.
