Hi Deborah; 20mg 5 * per day = 100mg per day. 100mg per day * 30 days = 3,000mg total. Or in terms of tablets, 5 tablets per day * 30 days = 150 tablets total. I hope this makes sense and is helpful. Does that seem right to you?
