Hydrocodone 10/325 And Ibuprofen Safe Together?

I have a badly sprained hand and possible fracture. I took Ibuprofen 800 mg an hour and a half ago. Is it safe to take the Hydrocodone 10/325 now?

They can usually be taken together, unless your doctor or pharmacist has instructed you not to combine them.

The FDA warns that Hydrocodone carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Are you on any other medications?
