Hydrocodon With Ibupropen

I will be taking hydrocodone for dry socket relief for 3 days.
Is it OK to also take Ibupropen?

Hi Dan,

Just to confirm, umm.edu does not list any drug interactions between Hydrocodone and Ibuprofen. And to my knowledge, Hydrocodone + Ibuprofen are also commonly prescribed together under the following brand names: Ibudone, Vicoprofen, Reprexain. So I think it's safe to say that there shouldn't be any problems with taking them both, outside of their own individual side effects. However, usually your doctor wants to be informed if you intend on taking anything else along with what he/she prescribed in order to have your back about any concerns with dosing, side effects, or other complications that may or may not arise (knock on wood).
