This is actually a very similar medication which contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 200mgs of Ibuprofen, rather than Acetaminophen. It's a generic for Vicoprofen.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth and drowsiness.
