Hi Ooboo,

What exactly is the area of concern you have with Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen in correlation to menstrual cramps? I'm not sensing that it was clearly stated in your description, in so far as determining if this is a side effect of the drug or whether you just happen to be experiencing this while you're taking the medication?

If you could make your questions or concerns a bit more clear, I or someone else may be of much better help to your situation. Thanks!
