This contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen and the Hydrocodone is a narcotic opiate, so it is possible that it may cause dizziness and blurred/double vision as a side effect, as well as nausea and drowsiness.

Have you spoken to your doctor? There are other medications you can try for pain, if this one is causing problematic side effects.
