My bottle says Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg and Mfg: West Ward, but the pills are peach color with 4 0 on one side and 1011 on the other side. Is this a correct fill?

NO! You should return to the pharmacy and report this immediately.
The tablet marked 1011 40 contains 40mgs of Citalopram, which is an antidepressant.

It is not even related to Hydrochlorothiazide, which I assume you are taking for either high blood pressure or some type of edema.
