Husband Just Began Taking Vismodegib

My husband has just started taking vismodegib almost a week ago. We are concerned about the side effects. So far he is doing great. Does anyone have any advice or want to share how they are doing on it?

This drug was just approved to treat BCC in January of 2012, so it's still very new and I don't think it's in wide use yet, since this is the first post I've read about it.

Did he have any problems, so far?
