Sustain should just be used regularly, you are not going to want to use it right before or after the time you have sex, that is not what it's intended for.

It contains Progesterone hormones and a lack of these can stop some women from getting pregnant.

I underwent surgery for ectopic pregnancy last february. Since then I've been undergoing FM scanning (follicle monitoring) every month. Now it's the 5th month and my doctor has advised me to take susten 200 and ovacare every night. mlp was 5th june. I am still getting pain in my right abdomen and have not yet gotten my periods. Are there any chances of getting pregnant? and what about the pain, is it common? Please answer...
