This kit is specially designed for you to take them all together, at once.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, stomach pain and diarrhea.

I need to know how to take the VDM Kit. My doctor advised me to take it on the 1st day of my menses, but my period started today. Based on the leaflet, I'm not sure when to start taking it (today / tomorrow) or how to take it. Can anyone please help?
