Can't stop itching in the top of my mouth. I thought it might be allergies but my right ear keeps itching. Also, I've been known to have middle ear infections. Can this ampicilina 500 help?

It would be best to have it checked out, before taking anything. There's a chance that the itching in your mouth could be an oral yeast infection and, if that is the case, taking an antibiotic could make it worse.
A yeast infection requires an antifungal medication. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain.
As to the itching of your ear, it's possible that it just needs cleaned. Excess wax often causes that.
Are you on any medications?
