There's fake green bars going around nj. They look exactly like the regular green bars but a tint darker and there impossible to break in half

Almost all GG 249's are fake here in CT. Don't buy them. Real ones are 15 1/2 mm in length. And the 4 is not a complete 4 and they taste like chalk.

I'm not sure where you got that the middle part is bigger or contains more alprazolam because the middle part is exactly the same size as the other pieces. They are however the least of the faked bars

Got same problem in Texas. A bunch of bad bars. The best way to tell is put one on your tongue and let melt. If it doesn't have a bitter taste then they are probably bad.

Here in Alabama, we have 2 different yellow bars being dispensed. Both have imprints of r039. One is bright yellow and soft while the other is an off colored yellow, smaller and shorter. I talked to the pharmacy and was told the off colored was sold by the same company but made through a smaller contract company. So they ARE real. I hope this helps anyone. Also, if you look up the imprint r039 both of the ones I just mentioned are pictured and both say 2mg Xanax, so they are legit.

There are many yellow,white bars that have the legit #'s on them & are fake!! They're not always hard either. They can melt in your mouth & may even gone up, they do have a different taste
& 9 out of 10xs if you think there fake then they are. Don't know wuts in them?? But usually when they are pressed they will disolve or foam up. Don't let anyone fool you!! There all over the US!! If you didn't get them from your local pharmacy but got them off the street then the chances are 99% fake!!!!

I got my yellow bars from pharmacy. They are bright yellow r039 so I know these are real I got some yellow bars r039 but these are a bit darker yellow. I've been comparing size and imprint. Besides color.. They are (basically... I may just be trying to find a major difference) the same size and shape. Imprint looks exactly the same I did taste and I think the questionable ones taste different.. I shouldn't have any reason to question my source... Never had any issues.. I always question white bars marked xanax. But I've learned what to look for... I have had darker yellow bars before n they were real deal. Any quick tips you know so I can check now. I spend too much... Ugh. Someone please tell me they've had same experience and did find out if real or fake. I look any questionable pill hard but I'm really confused... 1 cuz who they came from.2 cuz I have seen a different in yellow color from yellow bars that came from pharmacy... 3 the taste is throwing me off. I take adderall and different generics taste different. I thought the color of the pill determined the company that makes the generics. So why are this both yellow But questionable. I didn't get them from someone that would even begin to know how to press fakes. She only has one script a month. So it's not like someone who always has them. I want them to be real so bad ..cuz I do and I am shocked if I was played... Confused. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Yes. The bitter and sweet are the best way to tell. If they snap into a bunch of pieces when you try to break them... Fake. If they fall apart in your hand...Fake.

I've taken bars for years and I go to specific pharmacies because they use a certain manufacturer that I like and can tell a difference on how the medication reacts. So I completely agree with your post besides how pharmacies use different manufacturers and some manufacturers are better than others. I work as a pharmaceutical rep so I know this to be oh so true :)

Any type of pill can be counterfeited by pressing unknown powder with the exact numbers and look identical. Easiest way to tell is look em up on the internet. Even if it comes up it could still be counterfeit. Obviously if u can't find it, it's not real. If u do then u can taste a lil piece and if you have ever had a Xanax dissolve on your tounge you will never forget that taste. It's a bitter type taste. Only other way I know is wait 30 minutes and see if u feel anything. Best way is to get em from a doc. Be smart people.

Yes they are. But the problem is it's not easy to tell if they are real. The counterfeit ones I saw were perfectly pressed with curves and everything, but they are suppose to be 1/16th width, 14 mm length, not a 1/8th thick.

These are fake chalky ones with no taste are well not fake but basically expired Xanax has a poor shelf life

Hi. So yes I agree with what you are saying 1000%. However, even tho they look the same as the photo, doesn't mean that they are the same. People are cutting them, pressing them, putting the same numbers on there to look legit... buuut they are really just duplicates. My suggestion to anyone reading this, is that if you have pills you are unsure of, then hold them in your mouth until they are soft.. if they have the bitter taste then at least you'll know that SOMEWHERE in there, is actual Xanax. Thats how you tell. If they are a lot harder to crush. I had white pfizer ones. They were the "real deal" brand name and all. Fake. Ive seen fake really dark green bars that i touched to my tongue and an eighth of it fell apart. It expanded like one of those silly snake fireworks. My aister got some of the gg flat white bars that were fake and hard as a rock. The only ones i havent run across fakes are white dovetail bars with 1 g on them and everything under 2mg has been legit. Northern indiana is getting bad. The only rock hard bars that ive dug everywhere to see id they were real were the pfizer that say the name brand on one side and a 2 on the other. There is also a relatively new manufacturer of whote dovetail bars that are blank on one side and only have a 2 on the other. Those are actually my new favorite. They come from bionpharma i believe ia the name since 2014. Ove only gotten them twoce but theyre amazing.
