I took methamphetamine on friday and a little on saturday, all together maybe like a 20. I'm not an everyday user. I have a swab test for my po on monday at 2 in the afternoon. What can i do to pass this test? Please help.

Today is Saturday... I have a saliva drug test sometime wednesday morning.... I have a script for subutex but relapsed and took methamphetamine about 2 small bowls today and the last 2 days, so 6 small bowls over 3 days, the last one being at 2pm today... I am starting today a detox regimen I found in another forum posted by a nurse that works with detoxing patients and aside from IVs and medical equipment (if u overdue the dosing vitamin C with rose hips, cranberry supplements, which are supposed to help lower ph to excrete toxins thru urine) b12, potassium, drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice (the 100 percent I always check the ingredients, it may say 100% juice but most of them have apple grape or pear juice as well... it has to be cranberry). Exercise and sweat to eliminate toxins and speed up metabolism... And I picked up a ph test kit for urine so I can monitor my body's ph level... It needs to be around 4.5-5 she said. As well as frequent brushing and mouthwash to cleanse my mouth since its a swab and not a urine test. I am not positive on the effect of this detox regimen on the saliva as it seemed to involve the urine but I'm guessing this is supposed to flush our system so I would assume that would include the saliva... Does anyone know any more about this detox regimen or about the saliva test? This one is the one u put under it tongue until the little spot on the stick turns blue then collected in a tube and sent to a lab... Anyone know how long this test detects methamphetamine for to begin with before I detox? Or if this detox regimen will flush the subutex out as well? I know methamphetamine is water soluble and I don't believe subutex is. Thanks and I will post if this works; it took me a long time to find this regimen and there r no other guaranteed ways to clean ur system fast with this drug... According to this nurse and some very convincing scientific mumbo jumbo this can have ur system clean in as little as 24 hrs... And lastly I am human, i make mistakes. I would appreciate if u r going to be negative toward my situation if u would kindly keep ur opinion to urself... Thank u very much.

I took some super potent methamphetamine on Saturday morning. Haven't had it in months, never was addicted just having some fun with an old friend. Didn't care for it, very scary feeling. Hung out with them again Tuesday night / Wednesday morning and took a small amount that was pretty weak in comparison. Then Thursday afternoon got called into the office for a random drug screen; oral-eze mouth swab. Been roughly 36 hours since that lil dose. Am I screwed?

If anyone comes back positive, go out and buy a Vicks decongested inhaler that contains leva-amphetamine. It almost looks like the round chapstick. Take that and the box it came in to your doctor and tell him you came up positive on your test and you don't know why; but you are taking the over-the-counter Vicks medication for allergies. I had a split urine sample for a lab test to verify for D.O.T. and I passed with a false positive...

You can beat swab test use oral balance gel it drops the pH to neutral. It works.

Methamphetamine is metabolized into amphetamine. Now one would think you could just say you used Adderall to cover your Methamphetamine use...wrong. Say hello to the D-isomer and the I-isomer. Adderall / amphetamine metabolized will carry the D-isomer. Methamphetamine metabolized into amphetamine will carry the I-isomer...and yes the non gas spectrometry tests and saliva swabs can tell the difference...

Swim just passed a police swab test methamphetamine, swim took a few sweetly puffs throughout the day, and a big one just before driving. Swim got pulled over where a swab test was administered. Swims result was negative. Swim is stumped. Swim probably didn’t secrete enough saliva on test swab, as saliva was thin.
Swim thought that maybe the batch was caveman rock salt. So swim had a spare swab test kit at home. Swim swabbed. But swim tested positive to home swab test.
