I've been reading up on the cotton swab drug testing method since I'm unfamiliar to this method of testing. The mouth swab method is used as a detection for how long ago any drug was used, it detects drug usage in the last 24-48 hours depending on the drug of choice. If the cotton swab isn't from NARCOCHECK, then the chances of you passing a mouth swab drug test have greatly increased in your favor. The Narcocheck Cotton swab test for lower amounts of 5 types of drugs THC,(MARIJUANA) COC (COCAINE & CRACK), OPI (HEROINE & OPIATES), AMP (AMPHETAMINE) & MET/MDMA (METHAMPHETAMINE & ECSTACY) ng/ml than the other companies, in fact it actually has 5 different types drugs on one swab that will show a negative or positive result in 10-12 minutes & TEST FOR USAGE OF DRUG USAGE IN THE LAST 4-6 HOURS UP TO 24-48 HOURS. The one thing you need to be aware of is the length of time that it takes for the drug to be detected after you use it- Methamphetamine is detected anywhere from 2-7 hours after you use it and can still be detected in your mouth for a full week after your last dose. There is a mouthwash out there that they say is a guarantee proven method of passing a swab drug test 10 minutes to 60 minutes after you use it called ULTRA KLEEN MOUTHWASH. It's a little bottle costs around $30.00, but is undetectable on the swab tests & as long as no one running the tests knows of its ability to help you pass a swab test then it wouldn't cause anyone to be suspicious of what you do behind closed doors in private. I personally have never used the mouthwash nor been given a swab drug test before, just learned of this type of testing a few hours ago & researched this info., about a half hour ago. Don't know if this will help anyone, but I certainly found it useful. The more knowledge you have the more power you have- just saying if you understand how this process works then chances are more likely to increase in passing a mouth swab test. Please note that everyone's metabolic rate is different and therefore if one method doesn't work on you, it could possibly work on someone else. I suggest that each person should try every method out for themselves and then post your results along with your height, weight and your food and beverage consumption 24 to 48 hours prior to testing. Because that would give a more accurate method for testing than just the different types of methods you have tried, whether it was a fail or a pass & if you know what company the swab was from will also help others in their quest to pass a mouth swab drug test. Because certain companies only run drug tests for a certain type of drug, so depending on why you are having a mouth swab drug test can also be why some people have passed and others have failed. Probation will probably test for all drugs, employers are more likely to test for only a certain kind of drug or for the use of alcohol. It's probably something that the employer might tell you or if you can find out from the person conducting the test what they specifically are testing for, then that would be helpful in why some have passed & others have failed.

This is some of the best information I have read on here. Thank you for your research. It makes a difference. When you stated that knowing the process increases your likeliness of passing, I agreed completely. The whole process. So not just how the swab test works but how the people administering the test behave, what is their routine and expectations of you during the time you are testing. What times are there many clients or less clients. All this information can help you. I wish I had the time to tell of all the things I had to endure due to probation and drug testing. Some of it funny now but sooooo stressful at the time. It's kind of funny because they say continued use is just taking the easy way out. Ha! Quit using now that would have been easy! What I did was incredibly challenging. Stayed high my entire sentence. Through halfway house, ankle bracelet, daily UA's, all the meetings. I kept a job made it to all UA's and appointments. Had them all convinced I was clean. Even got off probation early due to my success. If I can do all this, while on methamphetamine daily then what is the big deal? Some people shouldn't do drugs sure, some can't handle it. Just like some shouldn't go to church or workout, because they can't maintain a healthy balance. Don't for one second believe that drugs are illegal to keep us safe. They really don't give a s***, otherwise why is alcohol, one of the most dangerous and addictive drugs out there, legally sold in every town? I just want to say i am not bragging about being high my entire sentence. I am however bragging that I got passed them. I hate conformity and being told what to do as a 40 year old and what I can't do in the privacy of my own home is plain infuriating. No matter what it was I am not doing it. Hope everyone understands this saliva test is no punk. The only way I passed was by sticking it in water then blowing the water to turn the stick blue immediately. Hard to pull of, yes. But I love a challenge!

I took about a gram of methamphetamine in about a 96hr time period and ran out at about 12pm on 01/22/17. I go to see my PO in the morning of the 23rd and it's very possible she will give me an oral swab drug test looking for methamphetamine use. I'm actively attending addiction treatment, I have a very good job, my bills are current and I have money in savings and money to live on. I need this one moment of grace. I'm willing to attend 90/90 to get Handel on this and talk to my lac I see three times a week about my trying to be sneaky and weak.

As far as I'm aware - and as a person who has tried a number of sneaky ways to "beat" the swab test - you can't beat it through conventional means. Is it directly and strictly observed? On such short notice, I'd say you're very likely to fail, even if you are somehow able to dilute or clean out your mouth. These tests are just too sensitive and reliable.

The only way I've found (and again, this is still not advisable, and could land you in serious trouble should you be caught) is to know which swab test you're taking, procure the same tests through online purchase, and stealthily substitute a clean swab with water for the one that was in your mouth at the opportune moment.

Risky? Hell yes. Effective? Yes. You just have to be willing to pay a lot out of pocket for peace of mind.

After reading Medical/Lab posts (dating 2005-present) this (& similar) site & even a few BUY OUR FIX-ALL SNAKE OIL sites, here's my 2¢:

1) We should probably stop using (no-brainer but has to be said).

2) Everybody is different, including the amount used. Our pH level is a big factor in how much methamphetamine we excrete/release. Ex: my hubby typically drinks 200oz of fluid (diet soda or water) a day causing a low pH - me, 30oz if I push to drink more than normal & high pH. He eats, I don't normally. We dose together so the amount of intake is about equal between us. He sweats & pees WAY more than I do flushing toxins out more than I do (having a bladder infection is an example of what your body does when you don't get toxins out). It would be easier to pass a test w/ out doing anything else, if you push lots of clean fluids through your body.

3) How Long?? Lots of different opinions: Methamphetamine oral 5-48 hrs can still show + (a couple places I read could be up to a full week :/ ) EXTRA INFO: Cannabis/Marijuana seems to be harder to detect orally. It only lasts 2-3 hrs in the mouth (cuz of munchies is my guess lol j/k).

4) FOR TEST TO BE ACCURATE (lab web post): "No alcohol based products (i.e. mouth wash & such) can be used 20mins prior to testing. No food, drink or tobacco can be in the mouth at the time of testing." I've seen the did/didn't posts about mouth wash, peroxide, Oragel/Biotene. Haven't tried them & don't think I'd risk it.

5) ACTUAL MEDI/LAB "BEAT IT" CASE STUDY VICKS VAPOINHALER: 22 ppl tested 6 doses day 1, single dose day 2 with urine collection for following 32hrs. Results = 2.2% false+ (not huge but I'd sure try & say I used it as a last ditch effort-might get ya a do over).

6) WHAT TO USE: All kinds of detox suggestions goldenseal (herb), Vit. C, vinegar (not sure that works for methamphetamine but friend swears it does on marijuana), Niacin & activated charcoal but these all take some kind of time. Crazier & less seen: heart burn lollies, Altoids, citrus (whole, sliced or juiced to make your glands kick in high gear & flood your mouth with new saliva), water "held in mouth" (like I can hold that and tell them my date of birth or whatever they ask!) & the one I know I won't ever try Carry a pre moistened exact replica of test they use and swap out when they hand u 1 for ur mouth. That girl must be related to Chris Angel somehow! If I had to try 1 RIGHT NOW I'd go with the citrus since it could change the pH level in your mouth but that would just be a stab in the dark. Hope this info helps someone in some way.

I took methamphetamine on friday and a little on saturday, all together maybe like a 20. I'm not an everyday user. I have a swab test for my po on monday at 2 in the afternoon. What can i do to pass this test? Please help.

Take two oz of baking soda, put in big bottle of water, shake it and rinse ur mouth every 15 min. Every 30 min put baking soda powder in ur lips and cheeks like ur dipping it and repeat until 30 minutes before the test. I do it every month I take methamphetamine that morning and by 4:00 I pass the test.

Today is Saturday... I have a saliva drug test sometime wednesday morning.... I have a script for subutex but relapsed and took methamphetamine about 2 small bowls today and the last 2 days, so 6 small bowls over 3 days, the last one being at 2pm today... I am starting today a detox regimen I found in another forum posted by a nurse that works with detoxing patients and aside from IVs and medical equipment (if u overdue the dosing vitamin C with rose hips, cranberry supplements, which are supposed to help lower ph to excrete toxins thru urine) b12, potassium, drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice (the 100 percent I always check the ingredients, it may say 100% juice but most of them have apple grape or pear juice as well... it has to be cranberry). Exercise and sweat to eliminate toxins and speed up metabolism... And I picked up a ph test kit for urine so I can monitor my body's ph level... It needs to be around 4.5-5 she said. As well as frequent brushing and mouthwash to cleanse my mouth since its a swab and not a urine test. I am not positive on the effect of this detox regimen on the saliva as it seemed to involve the urine but I'm guessing this is supposed to flush our system so I would assume that would include the saliva... Does anyone know any more about this detox regimen or about the saliva test? This one is the one u put under it tongue until the little spot on the stick turns blue then collected in a tube and sent to a lab... Anyone know how long this test detects methamphetamine for to begin with before I detox? Or if this detox regimen will flush the subutex out as well? I know methamphetamine is water soluble and I don't believe subutex is. Thanks and I will post if this works; it took me a long time to find this regimen and there r no other guaranteed ways to clean ur system fast with this drug... According to this nurse and some very convincing scientific mumbo jumbo this can have ur system clean in as little as 24 hrs... And lastly I am human, i make mistakes. I would appreciate if u r going to be negative toward my situation if u would kindly keep ur opinion to urself... Thank u very much.

U will probably fail I have any times. I have been on swabs for months now and can't master it yet. I dipped the whole thing in water and I don't believe it hit my mouth at all . And it did come back positive.

I took some super potent methamphetamine on Saturday morning. Haven't had it in months, never was addicted just having some fun with an old friend. Didn't care for it, very scary feeling. Hung out with them again Tuesday night / Wednesday morning and took a small amount that was pretty weak in comparison. Then Thursday afternoon got called into the office for a random drug screen; oral-eze mouth swab. Been roughly 36 hours since that lil dose. Am I screwed?
