Hi Wen,
If you're unable to obtain this specific medication in the US, I would actually suggest talking with your doctor about recommending anything else that might have the same active ingredient (Pentosan Polysulfate sodium) as Comfora here in the US.
I'm aware of one other US-based medication by the name of "Elmiron" that also contains Pentosan Polysulfate sodium. Your doctor should be able to prescribe one or the other depending on what's available. The only difference may be in the inactive ingredients, which often vary between each manufacturer.
