Ok so I have to take a hair drug test for a new job. They said it would go back a year and well I am freaking out right now because I took some methamphetamine (a very small amount) back in september of last year.

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. If you only did a small amount it won't show up. Depending when you have to take the test you can do your own anonymous hair drug test to find out for sure. Only body hair can go back approx a year. A 1.5 inch sample cut at the scalp line will give a 90 day history.

I used some meth back in august . Not a hole lot jus like maybe 6 hits but i am gonnago for a job that requires a hair follicle.test they go back 90 days do you think it will show.

I am assuming you are a female. Most women don't have much body hair. Using body hair is one way they can go back approximately a year. The other is if you have 6 inches of hair on the head they could go back a year, every half inch is a 30 day history. The problem with that is it would be a little bit on the expensive side and most employer etc. don't want to pay for that. And if you only did a little meth it most likely is not enough to make you positive. At this point I wouldn't worry.

Don' waste your time. It takes about 5-10 for the hair to grow above the scalp so it can be test for drugs. Also hair drug testing is meant to show consistent use over time. If you didn't do much meth there is a good possibility that it won't show up anyway.

For the past 15 years on and off, i will stop for a year then go back to it for a few months then stop for bout a year. Every job i get i pass the drug urine test but this new job i wanted does both hair and urine. I had some last night and since april of this year. I turned down the job b4 i even let them take the follicle. I was suppose to start the job on the 19th of this month. I would have passed the urine test but not the hair follicle test, right?

I doubt if they are going to go back 1 year, especially if it is head hair. First off it would take 6 inches of hair on the head to do a 1 year hair drug test using head hair. If you were a guy they could take body hair but body hair does not give an indication of time so they can't say it was one year. Also if they were going to do a one year head hair test it would be kind-of expensive. Depending on which test you do it could be anywhere from $350 - $500 because the lab would be running 4 segment of 1.5 inches of hair (can you tell this is what I do for a living). And the last point is the biggest, since you didn't take very much methamphetamine back in Sept of 2014 it would not show up in a hair drug test. A hair test is meant to show consistent use over time. You'll be negative.

I took three 20 mg Adderall the middle of October and just found out that I have a hair test the first of January. Will this show up? Is there anything I can do to pass?

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line will go back 90 days. I doubt very much that small amount of adderral will show up in a hair drug test. Since your not going to be tested until January you could do you own Anonymous Hair 5 Drug Panel test to see.

I took about a 1/4 gram of methamphetamine weekly for a 2 month period. Before that it had only been 2 weeks in June and a few weeks in Feb since I last dosed. Can I pass a hair test?

I would say you probably would NOT pass a hair drug test with that much methamphetamine in your hair.

It probably won't show up if you only did it once or twice but just to be safe bleach your hair 2 times then dye it back to your original color

Does the bleaching method really work? I'm so sick over this. I was clean 6 months. Then i started taking it again about a month ago. About a gram every weekend. I cut all my hair off after bleaching twice and relaxing once. Most of it fell out before i cut it. But i avoided that first hair follicle as my hair was too short. Now as soon as my hair is long enough im going to be tested. I just got my son back in july and this hair test is to close out my dhr case. I'm planning on dying my hair every other week for the next 8 weeks. And doing the macujo method. Along with precision cleanse by synergy detox and baking soda treatments. Will this be enough to pass? What should i do? I have zydot ultra clean. Helitox aloe rid, the new kind, and omni hair cleansers as well. Can someone please post what they have done to pass the last month? Literally all my free time has been devoted to researching ways to pass but I'm still freaking out and giving myself ulcers. Please post as many proven methods as possible. I can't lose my son again.

They use methanol to extract the toxins from the center of your hair on the inside just a heads up as to what to use to draw it out of your hair

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample will go back 90 days. My best guess is that you should be negative on a hair drug test. A lot depends on how strong the methamphetamine was.

I used a .2 of a gram twice in May and maybe twice in June. Have been completely clean in July. I was just forced to submit to an unexpected HF yesterday during divorce court. I’m am panicking. My husband abuses me and my children and I will die before he gets custody. What are the chances that I can pass this test. Please help I’m scared to death.
