How To Accelerate Recovery From Shoulder Surgery
UpdatedI have undergone an orthopedic surgery for a dislocated upper arm fracture about 2.5 months back. The sling kept my hand in place without any movement for about 6 weeks. Now I am unable to lift my arm beyond my shoulder height voluntarily. However, when assisted, it moves to more height. Does anyone have suggestions or recommendations on how to accelerate the recovery of my arm?
