I stay in Mumbai Maharashtra India. Suffering from Lumber Lordosis from last 1 yr 5 months My L4 & L5 i get swelling because of travelling Jurks by Auto and bus. I am working women daily travelling abtout 2 hours 1 hour going & coming to home. I get pain in my right side lumber. Operation is not advisable becuase it has not that much seviour to get operated. This started long back before 13 yrs i pulled something heavy i got this problem after 3-4 days rest i was able to walk without any medical treatment i cured from it. But before in Sep, 2010 againg at morning time i pulled some weight at that time my lumber injured again. I took 7-8 days bed rest later on did my x ray done and was showing right L4 L5 some problem acc. to doctors & i took allopathy treatment. Disc space got corrected. But from this treatment also did not cured me compeletely. That bulge / swelling is pressing my nubz causing right leg pain and abdominal pain. I am taking Ayurvedic medical tratment. MRI done and is good but i cant travel more and cant lift up any weight. even my regular office bag if gets heavy pain starts in travelling. I dont know whether i am going to get cure from this. My routine is affected by this. i cant live like others. and cant tell them my problem. Cant seat more time cant travel cant have what i want to have, cant seat on any chair without back support etc etc. please help me for correct medicine and treatemnt.

I m suffering from Slip bisk and there is numbness in my both legs nd swelling also doctor give me advice to take Nuro kind plus injection after every 5days is it good to finish my numbness
