Xanax contains the active ingredient Alprazolam, which is benzodiazepine and they can actually be detectable in a standard urine test for approximately 6 weeks after last dosing.

There is, however, no way to give a more precise time frame, because it is always going to vary from person to person, depending on certain individuating factors, such as your overall health, activity levels, metabolism, fluid intake and etc.
