Hello, Crowe! How are you? How many days have you been taking it?
The general rule for antibiotics, according to the NIH, is that if they are working, you shouldn't see any worsening after being on them for a full 24 hours and you should start to see improvement, after taking them for a full 72 hours.
If it's been longer than that, with no change, you may need to try a different antibiotic.
The U.S. FDA lists the typical antibiotic side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
