How Long Is One Time Use Of Lorazepam Detectable In Urine?
UpdatedI took 4mg of lorazepam 60 hours ago on a thursday at 8pm, and may have a random urinalysis coming up in the next few days. I have a prescription for diazepam which I take 5mg 3 times a day, but I'm aware lorazepam is different. I also know the half life is between 8-20 hours depending on several variables such as weight, age, health, diet, exercise. My question is how long will the lorazepam, and/or its metabolite lorazepam glucuronide be detectable in my urine for a GC/MS urinalysis?
I've seen several various answers, 1-3 days, 1-7 days, 1-6 weeks. But can't seem to find a solid answer. Most medical websites and scholarly articles estimate the detection time is up to 3 days, and I'm just about there.
I'm 23, 6'3", 150 lbs, and have a lightning fast metabolism.
