Hi my son is taking ilvitrim and his 36 weeks,so I stop giving him invitrim for two weeks due of our clinic didn't have it,and am breastfeeding him,is my baby in danger of getting infected of HIV?

mi child is 6 mnts old i went to d clinic n ask dem ilvitrim suspension coz it was finished n im on treatment n dey say coz shes 6months nuw i musnt giv her d medicine nuw bt i must continue drinking mi treatment so m scared so mi qyestion is she cant get infected
