How Long Does Xarelto Continue Working In Your System? (Page 2)

I was on xarelto for 1 month. I was taking 20 mg for a blood clot that developed from my mediport. The med caused me to itch so bad that I was switched to lovenox inj's. After three day of being on the lovenox I am still itching. It has mainly been my hands and my feet. How long do these medications work in your system for?

Since taking Xarelto I have so much pain in my knees I can hardly walk. I am 82 y.o. and never had this pain before Xarelto. I have stopped taking it now, but when can I resume taking aspirin?
