Canex V is listed as containing Clotrimazole, which is an antifungal medication that's commonly used to treat yeast infections.
Its typical side effects, as reported by the U.S. FDA, may include discharge, spotting, skin redness and irritation, but they shouldn't last more than a few days after stopping it's use.
However, it does not treat urinary tract infections, that would require an antibiotic. Have you had any more pain or burning?
