How Long Do Metanx Side Effects Last

I've been taking Metanx for 6 days now; the pain in my feet has decreased but now I have tingling in both legs and at night I have some minor tingling in my torso and face. Does anyone know how long this type of side effect lasts?

Metanx is just considered a medical food, because it's a supplement that contains nutrients known to support nerve health. Thus, it doesn't actually alleviate pain or cause side effects, so to speak.

The tingling may just be due to the nutrients improving the circulation in your body, but you should have it checked out, just in case.
