How Long Do I Wait Between Taking Penicillin & Zyrtec-d

I was taking penicillin and now I'm having problems with my sinus. It has been a day since I last took the penicillin. Is it okay for me to take Zyrtec-D?

I didn't find any problems or interactions listed in the NIH databases, but it is always best to double check.

The FDA does warn that the typical side effects of antibiotics may include nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
