How Long Do I Have To Wait For Pentrexyl To Ware Off

I just wanted to see how long do I have to wait for Pentrexyl to ware off before I could take theraflu night time honey lemon tea which contains a pain reliever / fever reducer. Or is it OK to take with the pentrexyl? I have had a cough, and ear infection I've been trying to get rid of since Thursday. My ear infection is gone bUT I still have a cough, fever, and runny nose.

The FDA lists the typical side effects for Pentrexyl as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

Theraflu nighttime may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth.
