What is I the correct way to take apple cider vinegar for weight loss?

I've heard a couple of tablespoons in water before a meal... Is that once a day before dinner or more times a day?

Also, I quite often use Optislim shakes for the smaller meals during the day.

I am also starting to try Garcinia. How is the best way to use these for maximum effectiveness??

Hello Lauralee,

Ironically this was a rumor that I heard once upon a time and I spent a large amount of time doing research trying to verify the claim. What I found was that there is little to no scientific data supporting the theory that taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before each meal helps with weight loss. However, in the case studies that I have found it shows that there is no clear indication among the diverse subjects that it aids in weight loss. In addition I have found that consuming apple cider vinegar will actually irritate your throat when consumed consistently due to it's high acidity. It also negatively interacts with insulin and other various supplements.

All in all I found that the cons outweighed the benefits and started looking at other routes. Ultimately I found that the best thing to supplement weight loss is still proper hydration and a consistently healthy diet. Have a wonderful day and I hope that you continue down the path to a healthy body and lifestyle.
