How Can I Stop Body Odor?

I think i suffer from hyperhydrosis. Why do i have high body odor for so long and how can i stop it? I am out of options

It is hard to guess as to why you have this issue. Do you sweat a lot? Are you on any medications? What types of foods do you eat?

Usually the odor can be minimized by engaged in good personal hygiene, such as bathing regular, and using antiperspirant/deodorant.

Fresh sweat doesn't have an odor, so washing it off, before it can become stale and full of bacteria is a very important factor.
