The best thing to do is go to you primary care Dr or obgyn. Let him know what is going on with you ask him if he can write you a prescription for pain order x-rays, mri's , c-t scan and refer you to a pain clinic. How long has it been since your csection? If not long and you are in that much pain I would consider ER. Seeing it is saturday so they can rule out any injury to bones, spinal cord , or nerves . Also they will help u with pain meds for a few days. Can't say for sure if it will be hydrocodone but if the pain is that bad they will give you a pain shot or pain pill so you have relief before you leave.
