Re: Verwon (# 1)
I was on 300mg a day for years. With my doctors help he wrote a prescription for 50mg and 25mg tabs.
1st I stepped down to 200mg/day, for a month or so, then I got to 100mg then 50 and now I'm on 25mg per day. Quitting Cold Turkey like I 1st tried was not pleasant at all. Good luck!
Lyrica contains the active ingredient Pregabalin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain.
It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, weight changes and drowsiness. You can also discover more Lyrica details here.
As to withdrawing, it should be done in a slow taper, after you've been on it for awhile, since a sudden withdrawal may cause rebound symptoms, as well as cause the risk of seizures.
Are there any other questions?
