How To Use Hydroxocobalamin Thiamine Pyridoxine Lidocaina

Alot of people in Mexico use this. You get a vile with 50,000 and a nedle. Thay use it to make them feel better and not tired. They just shoot it in you rump anywhere. I was woundering if this is right , or put it in a vane?????
