How To Make White Phenyl

sir ,
i was trying to make white phenyl compound, but thick color is not coming i used following chemicals
1.castor oil
2.potasium hydroxide
3.oleic acid
4.pine oil
5.cutting oil
6.turkey red oil
7.emulsifier
but i dont know the correct percentage of these. also is any other chemical is required for getting thick white colour when water is aded. please help me....

i want to make white floor cleaner inwhich i am adding sles pine oil cutting oil .but after 2 or 3 days a yellow layer appears on the top of liquid so please help me to make a right solution. thank u.
