Trying to lose weight by inducing diarrhea is not a safe practice, it can results in severe problems, such as malnourishment and dehydration.

Just use a tea spoon of olive oil before goin to bed... Yu wont have any health problem and it will also help you reduxe your weight... I do take it as well... ;-)
Drink half glass of gooseberry juice. you will get motions after an hour and 3times intake in a week will help to reduce weight in a healthier way.

Tips to lose weight:
1. Have green tea infused with lime, honey and ginger after every meal.

My liver is cirrhosis and water stored in stomach,last week docter suggest me to clean water by Taiping and they use one needle insert my stomach clean 5 bottles water.

hii drink 1 glass of lemon juice for each 2 hours daily for a week u ll reduce 2 kg,s nd jog 6 kms in the morning
