I have problems sleeping - I am in my 70s and have always had problems sleeping. I am currently taking Zopoclone, is there truth about Astronauts Amazing New Sleeping Pill? or is there something better that would help me sleep.

Hi Tony - Have you tried a natural supplement at bed time such as Melatonin? There are also essential oils such as Lavendar which are known to have calming effects.
As far as what you are taking (Zopoclone) - I could not find a medication with that name as far as U.S. drugs go. Is the active ingredient Temazepam? What sort of effects is the medication having on you at this point?
