I did a gram of coke and insufflated it tonight (Friday) and found out I have a drug test on Monday... I work tomorrow so I will be sweating all day... I weigh 180 and am 6'1" ... I have a muscular build and need my job... Mistakes! Help me... What should I do? I haven't done coke for about 3 months but was drunk and what an amazing idea! Am I screwed? What can I do to get this gone? I'll literally almost do anything!

I insufflated no more then .02 or less of cocaine early in the day yesterday the Saturday night, not a normal user, first time, I weight about 172 9 percent bf work out regular also do construction, I've got a urine test on weds this week, that's 4 days , will I be ok, and does water milk thistle or nac help it pass out

I used crack cocaine and heroin on Thursday night around half a gram of each. Since then I have been drinking lots of water I.e around 10 pints plus a day, it's now Saturday night and drinking green tea and taking niacin and creatine plus still drinking plenty of water as a chance of being tested in the morning is this enough and is there anything else I can do to help my odds of passing a urine screen dip test? Please help as so nervous my housing depends on it and after this stress not planning on going through this again! !! HELP PLEASE
