i have a probation drug test at 9 am tmw i took a roxy 30 today but i have the instant clean detox kit andam now taking the pre cleanse pills will this work to help me pass my test

i have oxycodone in my sysem and have to pass a drug screen on wednesday, what is the best way to clean my system, i have to pass this test or i go to JAIL, i know, my fault, i totally messed up, but hert my lower back in a real bad fall, anyway, i am in an outpatient drug program, i only go once a week, i started at 4 days and have been clean up until now, ive been in the program 6 months and only have afew weeks left, so any information will be greatly appreciated, oh and by the way, you are not allowed to take any shots from the emergency room or any perscription narcotics as well, they automatically throw you out of the program, someone PLEASE PLEASE help me thank you in advance blondie

The most effective way to clean out and detox your system (in my opinion) is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated (consistently pee clear), exercise at least an hour a day (rebounding, dancing, swimming, or jogging, etc) to get your lymphatic system flowing, along with getting plenty of rest each night. Consistency is key here...

It's you're really pushed for time though, I would probably consider getting one of those detox/cleanse kits they sell at local health food stores. Also, certain teas or oils are good for cleansing the blood, liver, kidneys, and so forth.
