The Hydromorphone in the Dilaudid is actually stronger than the Oxycodone in the Percocet and a general equivalent daily dose of it would be approximately 22.5mgs, which would be divided up in several doses, throughout the day.
Since it is also a narcotic, the side effects are very similar and may include: nausea, dizziness, constipation and headache.
